The IVF Fertility Management module is at the heart of Acssel IVF , offering a seamless integration of all essential processes involved in fertility treatment. This module supports the entire treatment planning journey, starting from the initial patient entry and prescription creation to Day 2 evaluations and IVF stimulation management. Additionally, it allows for the comprehensive tracking of embryology and andrology data, including semen and oocyte freezing details. The module also provides detailed embryology reports and tracks IVF cycles by day, month, and week, allowing for patient-specific procedure reports to be downloaded.
The Planning Details feature enables healthcare professionals to initiate and manage treatment plans efficiently. Users can add patients, create treatment names, and set planning dates, including the latest Last Menstrual Period (LMP) date and Oral Contraceptive Pill Last Day (OCPLD) date. Once a new plan is saved, it is created in the system, and prescriptions can be generated. Doctors can modify treatment plans as needed, cancel them, or proceed with Day 2 evaluations as required.
Once a treatment plan is finalized, patients undergo Day 2 evaluations to assess their readiness for IVF stimulation. The Day 2 Evaluation feature allows healthcare providers to view and manage patients undergoing this critical assessment phase. Once the evaluation is complete, the selected patients can begin the IVF Stimulation process.
The Stimulation Details section allows healthcare professionals to select the type of stimulation protocol and view relevant lab reports. It provides a platform to plan and release all stimulation medications, many of which can be saved as templates for future use. This feature streamlines the management of medications and ensures that all necessary treatments are administered efficiently.
The Embryology Data section is dedicated to female patients undergoing stimulation. It allows healthcare providers to search for patients by name and enter all basic embryology information. Patients’ IVF cycle names can be categorized into four options: Self IVF, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET), and Donor Oocyte. This categorization helps in tracking and managing the various treatment options available to patients.
The Andrology Data section focuses on the management of male patients, partners, or semen donors. It facilitates the handling of semen sample management within the Andrology department. This feature ensures that only male patients are listed, allowing for precise management of semen samples and associated data.
The Semen Cryo Bank Freezing feature is designed for male patients whose semen freezing entries have been recorded in the Andrology Data sub-module. This section tracks critical dates, such as the date of semen freezing and the expiry date, ensuring that all cryopreservation data is meticulously maintained.
Similarly, the Oocyte Cryo Bank Freezing section is dedicated to female patients whose oocyte freezing entries have been recorded in the Embryology Data sub-module. It tracks important dates, such as the date of oocyte freezing and the expiry date, providing a comprehensive record of all oocyte preservation activities.
The Day 3 Embryo Cryo Bank feature manages female patients whose day 3 embryo freezing entries have been recorded in the Embryology Data sub-module. It tracks the date of day 3 embryo freezing and the expiry date, ensuring that all embryo preservation activities are accurately documented.
Similar to the Day 3 section, the Day 5 Embryo Cryo Bank feature focuses on managing female patients whose day 5 embryo freezing entries have been recorded. It provides a detailed record of the date of day 5 embryo freezing and the expiry date, maintaining a thorough record of all embryo preservation activities.
The Embryology Report feature allows healthcare providers to display comprehensive IVF cycle procedure reports, categorized by day, month, and week. This feature offers an organized and detailed view of each patient’s IVF journey, enabling providers to make informed decisions and provide personalized care.
The Embryology Patient Report feature allows for the generation and downloading of patient-specific reports for all procedures. This capability enables healthcare providers to maintain detailed and easily accessible records of each patient’s treatment history, ensuring that all data is available for future reference and analysis.
