Acssel Software (Acssel Mediserve & Astra) are most valuable asset in the wellbeing and reputation of its customers and stakeholders, and believes in developing and protecting this asset.
Please read this software license agreement (“license”) carefully before using the software. By using the software, you are agreeing to be bound by all of the following terms. If you are accessing the software electronically, signify your agreement to be bound by all of these terms by clicking the “agree” button. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the software and click “disagree”.
Validity of Quotation: 15 days from date of quotation.
Once the estimate are accepted, Invoice will be sent to you, Payment receipt will be sent after the payments are transacted into our accounts.
Invoice amount is payable in full in three instalments.
Payment Terms : 40 % Advance, 30 % on day of installation of the products and 30 % After completion of First branch training.
Additional Charges for Branches - For each additional branch on boarded, a separate fee as discussed will be applicable. This amount must be paid in advance prior to the onboarding process.
Server Charges – Server charges are payable extra on taking services of dedicated server. These charges will differ from type and company of server. As per discussion we have included server charges in your invoice.
Additional Services: If required client can opt for additional services like Whats app, Message Service, Email Services. Charges for these services are separate and will be payable in advance in the Separate bills when raised.
Taxes: Estimates are not inclusive of GST, GST will be Charged at 18 % on final charges in Invoice and are payable as Extra.
Installation: Within 2 - 3 Weeks after confirmation of order along with advance payment if no customization, It may take more time depending on customisation required by customer.
AMC Charges: AMC charges will be applicable after 1 year of installation. AMC will be charged on total cost at minimum 20 % per year or 20,000 whichever is higher, AMC charges will be incremental at 10 - 20 % every year on base Charges.
Warranty Period : After Installation, 1 year is warranty period.
Training : Three Days of Offline training will be provided. If the location is outside Mumbai, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the travel, accommodation, and food expenses of the trainee

We will provide 24×7 support once five branches are onboarded.
Jurisdiction: All Disputes are subject to Mumbai Courts jurisdiction only.
