Acssel Refund Policy
Welcome to Acssel software (Acssel Mediserve & Acssel Astra). The content of the app (web/mobile), pertains to and is the property of Acssel Infotech Pvt. Ltd (the "Company", "we" or "us"), We request you to carefully go through these Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy before you decide to avail the services of Acssel software. By Subscribing with individual or company to avail our services, once you choose “Agree” to Terms and Conditions of Acssel software Acssel Mediserve & Acssel Astra, you will be agreeing the Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy of the Acssel software. you irrevocably accept all the obligations stipulated in these terms of use and agree to abide by them.
Accessing the Acssel software through any medium, web based software, Local Server based software or Mobile app based software, including but not limited to Desktop, Laptop, mobile phones, smart phones and tablets, are also subjected to these terms of use. These terms of use supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you. By using this Acssel software, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use as well as the Mobile App services.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Acssel software or the services offered by the company for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review these terms of use periodically.
You understand that Acssel software (Acssel Mediserve & Acssel Astra) provides various services with respect to the System. Acssel provides Acssel Mediserve and Acssel Astra software. Acssel Mediserve are customisable software which can be subscribed by onetime subscription payments. Invoice will be raised against the client for which clients need to pay in 2 or 3 instalments before the installation is completed.
AMC of 20 % of onetime subscription cost or minimum 20,000 whichever is higher will be applicable after 1 year of installation. AMC will be incremental at 10-20% every year on base AMC charges. AMC invoices will be raised 10 days prior to AMC dates. If only one center is there AMC will be charged on AMC applicable day. When there are more than one branches AMC will start on AMC applicable on first branch. In such cases AMC may be clubbed with other branches whose AMC will start in midterm, to create single AMC bill for one company. Those branches whose AMC will start midterm, AMC will be calculated on number of days AMC applicable as per day charges basis. AMC need to be paid within 15 days of invoice raised. GST or Taxes will be applicable on your invoices as per slandered government rates applicable.
Acssel Astra a subscription based model, These services may be provided for as free subscription for specified period and then converted to paid subscription automatically once free subscription period are over, or you can choose paid subscription to begin with. Subscription Fees are to be paid in advance, as per schedule or term selected by you. All payments are due in full without deduction or set-off on the day of subscription. Your payments will be processed through the authorised Payment Gateway services. Once the payment are realised, an acknowledgement and payment receipt will be mailed to you. You can check your payment receipt on the subscription login page also. Acssel IPL hold the right to adjust or increase the Subscription Fees time to time, But it will be with effect from Your next Renewal Term. When We increase the Subscription Fees, such increase shall not exceed 40% every year. GST or Taxes will be applicable on your invoices as per slandered government rates applicable.
There are certain services available on Acssel Mediserve and Acssel Astra for which separate costs will be incurred by you, if you decide to avail such services called as "paid services". The services like “what’s app” “E mail” “Message” “Social Media Marketing” “Dedicated Server” service are paid from beginning. From various modules available you can choose any, one or more, then you will be purchased or select a subscription on Monthly, Quarterly or annually. Our default schedule of subscription is monthly. In Acssel Astra “Dedicated Server” is not available. The charges of "paid services" are mentioned on every subscription for specified period of subscription or events.
In Acssel Astra Once first subscription is done, we will raise next subscription renewal invoice 5 days prior to date of subscription renewal. The payment notice will be mailed to you, and as per government law. You have to complete the payment before renewal date, if you fail to pay subscription fess fully. The payment will be deducted through the authorised payment gateway services. If subscription is not renewed, Acssel IPL will end your subscription within 5 days after the renewal date. If you were on free subscription, your renewal charges will be deducted as per paid charges for same subscription you subscribed as free subscription, on monthly subscription basis, on 5 day before the renewal date. In case you do not renew the subscription, subscription will continue till renewal date, you will be again informed about the renewal, if you fail to renew the subscription within 5 days after subscription is over, your subscription will be cancelled automatically and you will not be able to log in and use the services of the Acssel software and its supported softwires.
You also have an option to cancel the subscription before auto renewal (Ie. 5 days prior to renewal date) to avoid payment of renewal. If you fail to do so, auto renewal will be processed on 5 days prior to renewal date, which will not be refunded.
You understand that Acssel Mediserve has “No Refund” policy, Once payments are done will not be refunded.
In Acssel Astra software’s, once subscribed, will be active till your subscription period, if you stop using the software anytime during the subscription period, there will be no refund provided for that. We ensure that all purchases/subscriptions made online will be delivered to you within 48 hours. Once the payment is cleared, an email is automatically sent to your email address with download instructions along with invoice. We suggest you save the invoice you received in your mailbox. Products/Services once ordered cannot be cancelled except when the purchase/subscription made, does not meet customer needs and specifications.
If software provided to use is not fit to use, Acssel IPL, will process and deliver you a working software within 48 hours of your request. In case if Acssel IPL cannot deliver a working software to you within 48 hours of purchase, and you claim refund of such subscription within 5 days of first subscription purchased, we will process 100% refund to you. The refund shall be made by e- banking or by demand draft or by other such mode other than cash, depending upon the suitability of both, Acssel Astra and the consumer. For claiming refund, the consumer should necessarily have the valid invoice, so as to be able to get the refund.
During the Subscription Term, if the Software do not conform with the warranty provided in the agreement of subscription, We will at Our expense correct any such non-conformance or provide You with an alternative means of accomplishing the desired performance. If We cannot reasonably make such correction or substitution, then We may, in Our sole discretion, refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the Subscription Term for the affected Software and terminate Your use of the affected Software for which You have received the refund. Such correction, substitution or refund constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy, and our sole and exclusive liability for any breach of the warranty.
You understand that Acssel Mediserve has “No Cancellation” policy, Once payments are done will not be refunded, you may choose not to use the software but one-time payment done will not be refunded. Your software link will remain active till AMC dates. You have option not to pay the AMC charges but after due period software link will become inactive if AMC is not paid. In Acssel Astra software’s, The Customer shall then have option to cancel the subscription or use till the subscription is active, in such event no refund will be done of purchased subscription. Once subscription is cancelled, you will not be able to log in and use the services of the Acssel Astra software and its supported softwires. Once you cancel the subscription, your Auto payment mandate will also be cancelled and no payment will be deducted from you afterwards. If you cancel the subscription anytime during the subscription period, you will not be refunded for subscription fees of remaining period. After cancellation if In any case you want to restart the subscription, you will have to again subscribe the subscription on our website. Acssel IPL reserves all rights to apply additional penalty in such cases to customers which will be not exceeding than 50% of subscription cost.
