Indoor Module allows you to view patient surgery and procedure, manage and enter their indoor Notes, from admission to discharge in the HealthCard software. Indoor Module provide a list of patients posted for surgery on OPD daycare or Indoor basis. List is comprehensive and includes all imp information.We can do admission of patients in less than 1 min.Discharges are very easy to create and can be done in less than 2 min. It provides data of patients posted for procedures, patients completed procedures, patients admitted and patients discharged. You can confirm the patients for procedure after finance confirmation, which you can see live in indoor.
Once confirm from procedure list it will display in this list and patient will confirm admission by admission date and time and get WhatsApp message to patient and can Download sticker with procedure name with code and can add patient associate name with his documents.
International patient also manages with his passport and nationality details. Discharge will be easy on click of confirm button or can cancel plan discharge with it button.
You can search by the patient’s name to see patients' details like date, procedure time slot, procedure name, doctor's name, mobile no, estimate number, payment details and whether patient has paid the amount for the procedure.
This all details you can find for the procedure in the procedure list.Clicking on confirm procedure button will display patient on Admission and procedure details list after checking payment
In Procedure details, we upload the consent form and do some entry in Admission notes, operating team entry, procedure time entry, entry in progress notes, entry in Procedure/ Operation Notes, entry in Anesthesia NOTES, Pre-OP & OT Vital Charting, Pre-OP Medication & Inv Mngt and OT Consumable Order.
There are tabs in Admission Notes, , Progress Notes Indoor, Ward Vital Charting, Ward Medication & Inv Mngt, Ward Consumable Order rest all are to be used as in Procedure Details.
Data in discharge card is fetched from Indoor registration, Admission notes, Operative notes, Anesthesia notes and few other sub modules. Majority data is fetched. Some data need to be updated by RMO After completing all data press save to finalize the discharge card. Print discharge card.
