It allows you to add patient and create treatment name with planning date with latest LMP date and OCPLD date and after save new plan get created. It allows user to create prescription and doctor can cancel start new plan or can start day 2 evaluation.
Once you finalize the plan, and send patient for Day 2 evaluation, you can check those patients here in Day 2 Evaluation. Then you have to select the patient from day 2 evaluation list to start the IVF Stimulation.
Here you check patients, finalize them, if you are going ahead for stimulation of not, if not you can cancel the patients. It allows to add Oocyte Screening Documents on day 2.
You can select the Type of Stimulation, LMP, OCPLD, lab reports can be seen. You can plan all stimulation medications and release them. Most of stimulation medications can be saved in templates
which makes it easy for releasing them in few seconds. You can enter and advise lab test. It allows to add usg document and image with document and stimulation image tab.
Only Female Patients, under stimulations can be found in this section. Search Patient Name Fill all the basic Embryology information.
Select appropriate option of IVF cycle name according to the procedure from the drop down bar. After completing these entries click on Save then click on Ok. The 2nd page named “OPU/IUI/FET” gets created depending on the type of “patient IVF cycle Name” selected.

In Donor Oocyte
When any patient or Husband or partner or Semen Donor Comes for a semen sample, semen sample management will be done in Andrology. Only Male Patients can be found in this section.
Search Patient name, Select the name. It allows you to add semen analysis in details and upload andrology and semen analysis documents and can track andrology history and semen analysis history.
Only male Patients whose semen freezing entry is done in “Andrology Data” sub module can be found in this section. Date of semen freezing, Expiry Date of freezing, these dates are created in this section.
Report Can be downloaded. Once the sample is thawed, sample will be available in IUI or IVF ICSI as selected, catch the sample there, once used, sample won’t be available for next time or next patient. If the patient wants to renew the freezing, select patient, add renewal details, add payment receipt no, amount and add next date of renewal. Freezing will be renewed till next date. It allows to discard with discard button if sample not use in future and can track all the patient with due for renewal, available and empty so will not lose any renewal patient and track their payment.
