This is an Admin module, which provides him all rights about managing his center/Hospital. Data is encrypted, No one other than authorized center or person can see this. This module gives complete authority to the Admin of the center to manage his center Templates are most imp part of the software, Admin can create pharmacy templates for OPD prescriptions, indoor or stimulations. Estimates creation, costing of procedures and defined different type of OPD charges, prescription remark about medicine and can add department wise consent form. We can manage number from bed management to increase and decrease of bed ward wise.
This allows you to create Template group of medicine of a particular group. You can add and edit medicine and use this template in OPD Prescription, Indoor Module, Fertility Module etc.
This helps to save your time. It allows you to add and edit template day wise which require day wise injection and medicine in stimulation (Fertility Module).
It allows you to add and edit estimate by selecting type of procedure i.e. OPD(Group), daycare (Grade) and indoor (class) and specialization i.e. fertility, general medicine and then need to select class with minor, intermediate and major procedure.
Bed Master allows you to create the category and number of beds at your Center. Click on the Add button and select the Category, Group and mention the count of bed and later click on SAVE. You can Edit the same by clicking on the Category name in Blue.
This allows you to define your classification of Procedure charges. Click on Add and mention the Type (OPD, DAY & INDOOR PROCEDURE) Select the Sub Type (Surgeon Charges, OT Charges, Anesthesia Charges etc.) Select the Specialization and Charges according to category name.
This allows you to fix a percentage for payment type Click on Add button and select the Estimate Payment Type Define the percentage and Click on SAVE.
This allows you to fix a percentage for estimate payment category to all doctor Click on Add button and select doctor Define the doctor percentage category wise and Click on SAVE.
Surgeries are defined on the basis of Class in HealthCard. Click on Add and Select the class (CL1, GP1, etc.) and click on SAVE. Click on the class name in list name to edit the same.
OPD Charges Management allows you to assign particular charges of OPD Component. Add and Select the Billing Component Now mention the Billing Sub Components like Physician Charges, Extra Physician Charges, OPD Room Fixed Charges and OPD Room Variable charges.
Component will be added from master setting.
Click on Add button and add name of prescription remark template and add details or description on prescription remark click on SAVE. Click on the prescription remark template name in list name to edit the same.
We can manage departmentwise consent by adding department like fertility, beside procedure, ward, NICU and can define consent type according to department wise.
Click on add button select department name, consent type and languages and upload hospital form with page wise once upload allow to display on procedure and indoor so need to take print out and signature of patient upload consent form.
